Citrus Salad with Fennel and Walnuts


Large orange, peeled, sectioned and cut into bite-sized pieces
Medium grapefruit, peeled, sectioned and cut into bite-sized pieces
½ fennel bulb, cut into thin slices
1 avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion
½ cup walnuts, finely chopped 
(serves 2-3)

Dressing:

¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
¼ cup fresh lime juice
